By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, policies, or links referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

1. Eligibility & Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or have the consent of a guardian for any minor dependents. You may not use our products or services for illegal purposes, or violate laws in your jurisdiction. Transmitting viruses, worms, or harmful code is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content you submit (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted and transmitted over networks. Credit card information is always encrypted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or services without our express written permission.

3. Commissions & Custom Orders

All commissioned paintings are created with care according to the client's preferences, while preserving the artist's style. Work begins only after a 50% non-refundable deposit is received. Before starting, the artist may order the canvas, colors, and materials required to complete the commission. Cancellations are not allowed once the deposit has been made. Minor changes are allowed at the end of the work. Major changes or extra work beyond the original agreement will incur additional charges, depending on complexity and time required.

4. Pricing, Modifications & Payment

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Prices after commission do not change. Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, PayPal, cash, or other agreed methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both inside Kosovo and internationally. For international orders, large paintings may be shipped as rolled canvas without the wooden stretcher; clients are responsible for assembling it upon receipt. Shipping costs outside Kosovo depend on the size and weight of the artwork. Estimated delivery times are approximate; the artist is not responsible for delays by shipping providers.

6. Returns & Refunds

All artworks are final sale. No returns or refunds are accepted for completed or delivered works.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All rights remain with the artist. Each painting is signed on the back with the artist's name and the completion date. Clients may not reproduce, print, or commercially use the artworks without prior written permission.

8. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

While we aim to provide accurate and current information, we are not responsible if information on this site is incomplete or outdated. Historical information is for reference only. Content may be modified at any time, and we are not obligated to update information.

9. Changes to Services

We may modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any changes, price adjustments, or discontinuation of services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
